Mary Rummel filled me on on the particulars today:

We are playing outdoors on the porch of a retail establishment called the Gallery Spa- the address is 12 Norcross St. This is on the NE corner of Norcross and Canton. I arranged for parking close to the playing area and instructed them to block off the parking lot just in front of the store. I do not think that we can all fit onto the porch - probably only our back row will be seated there.

Electricity is available- I will bring chairs.

This event starts at 5, but many of us are busy until 5 with Blue Jazz rehearsal. I feel that if we are ready to play by about 5:45, play a few numbers with frequent breaks until 7 or 7:30, that the Gallery Spa will be pleased with our performance. We can bring the wireless mike from the ARC.

Arch has agreed to coordinate the play list. I would like to suggest that our uniform be changed to a white polo shirt and khaki shorts if the temperature is as high as this week. The hats might be useful as we will be facing the setting sun.
