"The band should arrive in time to obtain their lunch from the buffet line before
the audience and dine while the audience is serving themselves. Lunch will be served
at 11:30 AM, so we should be there by 11:15 AM. The playing should start as soon as
practicable after that, when the entire audience is seated and dining, probably
about 12:15."
